  Of course I am going to get a Dunkin Donuts in Florida a 5-star rating I'm from New England and we're looking all over the place for a Dunkins.

  Staff was slow and unable to correctly make my order on 5 consecutive visits. I made it a point to return to this location every single day until the order was made correctly the first time. It never was. Often I waited over 20 minutes for my coffee and bagel after ordering, this does not include an additional 10 - 15 minutes I waited in line the times I did not order from the app.
  
  Coffee often was made the wrong flavor (hazelnut, caramel swirl) when no flavor was ordered and never had the correct amount of cream or sugar. There was even one day where I ordered a large ice coffee with one cream and one sugar and received an ice coffee with no cream and 4 sugars. Another day I ordered the same coffee and after 25 minutes had not received any. When I talked to a manager and after some investigation, she informed me that they were out of large cups. I then received a small ice coffee with no sugar and a medium ice coffee with extra sugar (instead of a large coffee).
  
  One day I ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese on the side. I received two bagels not toasted only one cream cheese and two spoons (they informed me they had no knives). The very next day I ordered the same thing and received two bagels, slightly toasted, and entire small coffee cup full of cream cheese and 5 knives.
  
  This dunkin donuts needs serious help. It's not that hard.
