  First off, we said two adults and three high chairs, the hostess was confused and asked multiple times how many adults and how many kids, ... When we where taken to our table, they had a half booth and three bar chairs... With me so far?.... Well that didn't work, so they made us wait another 15 min in addition to the first 15... So when they finally took us to our table they had a booth with two booster seats and one high chair... OK, so we can make that work..... The server on the other hand was being as polite and as helpful as possible no complaints there..., But other than that food was great, but really, really, really slow.

  Food is Terrible. I paid for the carside and paid a tip for no reason when I still had to come in and grab my food when I requested for them to come out to my car. I paid for extra mozzarella sticks and only got two extra.. also I ordered a kids meal for my daughter that was supposed to have a drink included, and I didn't even get that. I love Applebee's and I'm so not impressed!!

  Where should i begin it was the most awful experience ever!!!! I got there at 9:30 and i ordered a drink and it didnt come to 10:00. Then, we ordered the appetizer and the main course which came at the same time at midnight cold as a donkeys butt. When i spoke to the manager he expressed how sorry he was and i had to insist that he did something about it he offered to give me 50 percent off but not to the rest of my party. My ribs were cold and my moms chicken was overdone. I should've stayed home and put a pizza in the oven ,watched a movie , and still be in bed by midnight. I will be reporting this to the BBB. the manager did not come put to us until i asked to see him.
